Lab Rat Feud Mine
Purpose
Lab Rat Feud Mine is an anagram for Real-Time Fandub. It's a channel that I made to post videos about the show, severed from any creator perspective but from the perspective of an editor who has been with RTF since 2016. (the cast doesn't get a say in what's uploaded here)
Its purpose is to share clips of the show, either out of context or in a different context. It operates in harmony with the gimmick account RTF Out of Context and the RTF Wiki.
Okay but what's the purpose, really?
The underlying purpose is, and has always been, to help rehabilitate the legacy of RTF's original incarnation—the one by Charlotte Driftwood that started this whole thing in 2016.
Following Penny Parker and co's departure from the show to form SnapCube's Real-Time Fandub (formerly, Real-Time Fandub Games) and later ClownHouse, the show suffered an imbalance in its audience, followed by an algorithmic erasure of its legacy as SnapCube's Real-Time Fandub appeared first in searches across the net. This is no one's fault in particular, but it did have tangible impact on the creator of the show, Charlotte Driftwood, who was later unable to move the channel forward due to YouTube's recommendation not pushing her videos to viewers.
The channel seeks to make that difference more equitable, and help the legacy series seek new people who otherwise wouldn't have seen it, as well as connect the two severed groups of fans in some way, by drawing parallels between each series and sharing insight or clips from each show.
